EEV01 - Ikonic "Evolution" Cross Country Saddle - Straps Over Flap
The "Evolution" cross-country saddle EEV01 with straps over flap designed by Ikonic is made of high quality European leathers.
Thanks to the interchangeable gullet system, the saddle fits perfectly to the morphology of the horse, during its entire evolution.
The panels can be filled up in order to optimise their thickness and adapt it to your horse.
The saddle has been specially designed for the practice of cross-country riding. Features include:
- Soft knee rolls with prominent blocks in the front and back for better positioning of the leg.
- Great proximity with the horse thanks to the single flap.
- Low and stable single fastening thanks to the large strap formed by the billet straps passing through the lower part of the flap.
- The reinforcement in the lower part of the flap avoids wear caused by the friction of the stirrup.
Maintenance Care Advice
Ikonic saddles use natural leathers which must be treated regularly with appropriate maintenance care products that provide a cleansing and moisturising effect in order to preserve their beauty and suppleness.
Prior to first use, a new Ikonic saddle should be entirely treated at least twice with Ikonic leather oil. This nourishes the leather and creates a protective barrier which will improve the patina of the leathers to assist with reducing the potential for any excessive wear.
In order to prevent permanent damage to the leather resulting from a lack of adequate maintenance care, it is necessary to regularly use high quality maintenance care products for leather saddles. It is recommended to use leather oil, leather grease and other related high quality maintenance care products specially developed by Ikonic.
For all our saddles with lined flaps, we advise not to oil excessively; it is preferable to use cleaning cream or our glycerin soap, as excessive nourishing supple leathers with oil makes the fibers "swell" and the supple leather will then lose its patina and resistance to wear.
